Fantastic experience: Can't praise this place and recommend enough tonight. Normally the pitch lights go off at midnight but they come in absolutely clutch and kept the lights on for an extra 30 mins allowing my team to come back from 3-0 down to win the game. Thank you Power League from Team Moss

Fantastic experience: So impressed with the birthday party we went to. Kimoi the coach had such great energy and engaged all the children. My son who doesn't like football come away from the party wanting to play more when we got home - result. Thanks Kimoi!

Fantastic experience: We did some balloons here a couple of weeks ago. There is plenty of parking here the venue itself is very nice. All the staff that we met were friendly and very helpful. The toilets were clean and tidy.

Positive experience: Good pitch #6 that we have but parking here can be a nightmare especially when you 15mins early and have to call to get the overspill car park open... people here have no sense of parking they just park where and how it suits them and management dont do anything about it. Some of the staff are very professional and friendly "some"

Fantastic experience: Power league here is very good. It’s in a good location. It’s easy to get in and out of. I’ve always had a pitch availability to play. I do play weekly and the pitch size is vary from small groups to large groups. The pitches are well maintained. The staff are friendly. I cannot complain. I get what I want and need from this place and it’s wicked. There’s never been any complications. I will continue using this venue until they ban me let’s say haha

Well if you don’t have racket you need to rent, so we rent 4padels and 3 balls For 4 people , 90 mins game Per person 17,6 £ I think it should be cheaper man ! I enjoyed the game , despite I have body ache and R arm pain since :)) I was planning to play regularly , but it’s expensive :/ should be cheaper

Fantastic experience: I’ve played there a few times and consistently had a solid experience. The 5‑a‑side and 7‑a‑side pitches are well-maintained artificial surfaces—no soggy grass, no uneven patches. It genuinely feels like a step up from the local park pitches. The ball rolls true, and the ground has great bounce, which makes a difference when you’re playing fast-paced games. Parking is straightforward and free, which is a real bonus, especially when you’ve got a few boots and bags to unload. Inside, there’s a bar lounge with friendly staff—perfect for that post-match pint or half-time catch-up. One of the standout things is the organisation. Booking online is easy, and the reception team are helpful if you need extra gear or a ball. The referees are usually prompt and fair. I’ve heard occasional complaints about inconsistent officiating, but personally I’ve never had any issues. They’ve also added padel courts and offer kids’ parties and coaching, so it’s not just for adult teams. I’ve seen families having birthday games and kids running around with coaches—it adds a nice community vibe. The crowd is varied: from casual Sunday league mates and work teams to youth clubs and women’s squads. It’s got a lively, welcoming atmosphere without being chaotic.

Negative experience: Regular at this venue however it’s well over priced compared to other football venues in Birmingham, staff customer service is hit and miss refunds can be lost when changes are made.

Positive experience: Lovely place the drinks are not badly priced, staff are rubbish behind the bar, but the room is beautiful and looks out onto the lake. It is wonderful for a party.

The coach was highly motivating, injected lots of fun and excitement into the coaching session and party, and went above and beyond to make sure that the party was perfect in every way! Kimoi was absolutely brilliant throughout and made the coaching session, party and celebrations amazing fun! Every element was perfect and as a parent completely stress free! I will definitely be booking her party here next year and recommending it to friends! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been playing paddle at Powerleague regularly, and it’s always a great experience. The courts are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the staff – absolutely fantastic! They’re friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Positive experience: We had 3 hours to burn at this place, all of us being over 30. Needless to say, we didn't need the full time. The lads that run it were cool, really helpful, the facilities were good, albeit a little tired, but for what it cost, great for a stag do if you're thinking about it

Negative experience: We booked a paddle court on Sunday at Birmingham Power League. we were super excited since we had never been to a power league before and had heard great things. We waited at the front desk, and a women called Allysia walked up to the desk. I said “hey I’ve booked a court at 1pm” and I smiled. Allysia snapped back with a sharp tone and said “AND?” she popped her eyes at me with a straight face, staring at me in the most aggressive way. I was absolutely shocked at how rude she was, I actually frozen for a moment, I was also with 3 other people who were in shock how she just spoke to me. I proceeded to say “oh I just wanted to rent some paddles if possible” still in the most disgusting manner she gave us the paddles and took the payment. As soon as she put the paddles on the front desk she walked off, I was still in shock how she had just spoken to me. I have never, in all my years ever experience such disgusting customer services in my life. I would like someone to contact me from Power League about this awful interaction with Allysia since I and genuinely still in shock how rude she was. I would not recommend power league after the interaction I had, I was so upset when I walked away from the desk.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service, booked a pitch by accident and they refused to refund the money or help me book a pitch for that same week. No courtesy for regular customer of Power league. Only response I received was ‘Sorry, but there is nothing we can do’. Just goes to show they don’t mind taking money from customers without providing a service, and mistakes happen, at least communicate together to find common ground. They don’t care. Stay away is the advice I’ll give.

Positive experience: Decent Padel courts, they should consider the pricing, for bulk bookings make sure to contact them way before the intended date and follow closely as they delay in replying emails causing inconveniences; thats what happened to me

Fantastic experience: Booked for son’s birthday party, the whole experience was fantastic. We couldn’t fault it, the service we received from the start to finish was amazing. The coach kept the boys well entertained on the pitch and during the cake and food part. The coach and the booking team on site were amazing they went above and beyond for us to ensure our experience was good. Well worth our money as birthday boy loved it.

Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience with POWERLEAGUE. Despite making a booking at 4 AM, And I cancel it at 6 AM, resulting in a 48-hour cancellation period. This policy seems extremely inflexible, especially considering the late hour of the booking. I believe that a more reasonable cancellation policy would have allowed me to cancel the booking without incurring any penalties, given the short time frame between booking and cancellation. As a result of this experience, I am hesitant to recommend POWERLEAGUE to others.

Fantastic experience: Been here 2yrs running now for the CGL Football Tournament. Last year we didn't do well, but on Friday 16th August we won the regional heats for the Midlands!! The staff and facilities here are great. Brilliant referee who loved a laugh and the banter was great. Lovely pizza lunch provided by PowerLeague which went down well. Would recommend to anyone wanting to arrange a competition

Fantastic experience: We had my son’s birthday party here, hosted by kimoi. Honestly he was 10/10. The kids and parents loved it from start to finish. We booked the gold package and was really pleased we did. They all got great treats included. The children who attended my sons party told my son this was the best birthday party they had ever been to and all want there’s here now too. Kimoi was absolutely fantastic with the children he was so natural and made everyone feel apart of the party the food was great, would highly recommend a party here and also kimoi. Thanks again for making my son’s party amazing!! X

Positive experience: Far too expensive now, good quality pitches tho but price is ridiculous. 5 and 7 aside league referees aren’t of the highest standard but workable. Just pray if you book at 7 aside you don’t get that small pitch which is just a money grab, it’s too small for 7s should be 6 max.

Negative experience: It's bad, a player is randomly reserved. We lost three balls in the river and did not find a response

Negative experience: Small areas for football ,parking crowded getting out of car park easy till main road appears...football pitch very tiny ,ok for practice.Nice lake to walk around ,motorway fly over being repaired.Not worth the money to be honest and always a book and que ,wait wait wait.Company plays company type rubbish .Don't bother go to the park instead.

Fantastic experience: I've been playing footbal here for the last 10 years, it's close to home and they have plenty of pitches, 5v5 , 7v7. Prices for the pitches are good but the drinks (beer) are a bit high, £5.20 for a pint of Heineken...

Fantastic experience: Great day out if you wanna play football on an astroterf pitch we went mid day split £20 between the 4 of us reccomend bringing your own football. They have a bar with alcholic and non alcholic drinks they do some food and snacks too plus vending machines around to qwench your thirst after a session of football running around the nice pitches

Negative experience: Charging £95 per hour now! Come on.. that’s way too much!!! They let in all the cars during match day at Villa park charging them £10 and when you’ve paid to play you can’t get a parking space. You’re a very greedy company that gives nothing back! We’re moving to Goals in Star city Been hiring for years but the pitches are constantly little red with bottles and sometimes fastfood litter! They need to step it up and inspect the pitches regularly. After all, we pay a lot for just one hour.

Positive experience: Pitches are becoming a little dated and some of them are really small however the organisation is still good.

Fantastic experience: Easy to book, decent pitches and ample parking, i appreciate that they allow you to play a little longer if there is no subsequent booking, has made us long time customers

Positive experience: Does what it says on the tin - new surfaces are good. Changing rooms and the clubhouse have been renovated so much nicer looking then before. You have a 'lovely' view of spaghetti junction as well.
