Fantastic experience: Unbelievable facilities, and an even better playing experience on, I would say, the best courts in London. A tad expensive, but definitely getting what you pay for! Very friendly and attentive staff. If you love Padel, you’ll love this place!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. It’s unfortunate that the shortage of padel courts in London allows the staff to behave this way

Fantastic experience: Having played at most padel venues across London, I would say Padium truly sets the standard. The courts have a distinctly premium feel, and the venue’s good ventilation makes for agreeable playing conditions. The staff are friendly and proactive - they’ll often step in to help where they can, even filling in on court if a player is missing. The on-site bar serving protein shakes is another nice touch (personal favourite is the Peanut Bandeja). The only real drawback is the booking system (Padelmates), which suffers from a clunky interface and frequent bugs. For a club of Padium’s quality, a smoother and more reliable system would feel far more fitting. While Padium’s courts are the most expensive in the UK, the pricing reflects the exceptional facilities and overall experience.

Negative experience: Paid £100 for 1 hour. Did 15 minutes of outdoor padel and then torrential rain with the girls slipping around and getting dangerous. Asked if we can get some credit or money back. Nope. Ruined my birthday party

Positive experience: My friends and I have been very frequent customers over the last couple years since its opening, but everything was ruined once they brought in “Padel Mates”. A very very unnecessary change to a system that was already working so well for so long with Playtomic. The interface is not great, and you don’t know the levels you are playing with anymore because everyone has new accounts and it will take months before we can see reliable levels. This all just demotivates us from coming anymore as I feel like alot of other people as well. Courts and staff are great, which is why this was disappointing. Hoping for a change back!

Positive experience: Courts are nice, but the staff are extremely unbothered and customer service is poor. Spoke to three different staff members, all of whom appeared insulted when asking questions, one was watching the football on his phone in these store, the other behind the bar was very blunt, and the girl in the shop was equally dismissive as the football guy. Bit of a joke for £80.

Negative experience: Really disappointing experience. The staff seemed far more interested in being on their phones than looking after customers. When we were leaving, I politely asked if we could have our bottles filled up, and the response (delivered with his back to me) was a curt: “we haven’t got clean water.” Not the level of service or basic courtesy you’d expect when you pay close to £100 for a court.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: July 2025 Padium now opened a bar on the mezzanine floor where there’s a ton of seating, live sport on the big projector, sofas and FT newspapers! Honestly such a welcome edition to have a cold pint or drink straight after a top quality game and shower. Bonus is it’s only £5 a pint at happy hour, probably about 50% cheaper of every other bar nearby! ORIGINAL: The most premium Padel venue in London (maybe UK) but pricey. I’ve played here around 10 times now and the courts are ALL of the highest quality I’ve seen, the shop/ace bar for apparel, drinks and snacks is excellent and the lounge is huge, with great viewing of games and copies of the FT and Padel mags. The location is ideal as it is close to the Jubilee, Elizabeth and a couple DLR stations. The coaching & socials are fantastic. The only downside is the pricing which is very premium, but considering it’s basically the highest quality possible, it should be expected! Update: 3 months later played here like 3 times a week and above all still true. Amazing coaches, community, facilities and socials. Just expensive but demand > supply
