Positive experience: Very friendly and great staff. The upgraded gym equipment is excellent and the new gym team are friendly, approachable and always willing offer guidance. Very varied and extensive class timetable. The recent changes have made a big impact on the fitness offering here.

Negative experience: Customer service is a joke, don't waste your time, they are clearly too busy to take on new people or they just don't care and are lazy.

Negative experience: If you want your child to become a pro player then look elsewhere-abroad. This is more like after school club. 450 players in a small venue with a limited number of coaches. Shame there is no pro academy in the whole of Britain to do what other best centres do around Europe. The coaching staff, unfortunately, failed to meet even the most basic standards. Their lack of expertise and engagement was glaringly apparent. It seemed as though they were merely going through the motions without offering any constructive guidance or personalized attention to the players. The absence of a structured lesson plan or tailored approach to each player's skill level was strikingly apparent, resulting in a lack of progression and improvement among participants. Furthermore, the coaches’ disinterest and apathy towards addressing concerns or providing feedback only added to the frustration. Instead of fostering a positive learning environment, their dismissive attitude contributed to a sense of disillusionment among the players. The lack of accountability from the management was apparent as complaints fell on deaf ears, leaving patrons feeling unheard and undervalued. A robust system for feedback and improvement seemed conspicuously absent, reflecting a disregard for the patrons' experience and satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Nice place, very friendly, not been there before and met friends there for a game of padel. We're not members but made to feel welcome. Nice club house and staff. Good food and facilities. Would go there again and recommend Winchester racquets.

Fantastic experience: I have such gratitude to our club, have been with the club for nearly 10 years, this place likes an oasis in our life. The gym, the tennis, the new paddle tennis as well as the coffee/bar. They have excellent tennis coaches, friendly staffs, gym instructors and an excellent manager Billy. Food there is excellent too.

Fantastic experience: Great tennis club with lovely outdoor courts and decent indoor hard courts. A well kept secret in my neighbourhood. The bar is also nice and not usually too crowded.

Positive experience: Variety of hard, soft and grass tennis courts. Can expect to find availability for a court at relatively short notice. Nice kitchen and bar area too. Gym well equipped too
