Positive experience: Open to the elements. So great on a warm dry day. Tucked away next to the air conditioning units.

Fantastic experience: 2 outdoor padel courts, with black court surfaces. Good condition, nice atmosphere. The entrance to the Padel Social Club The 02 is between the main entrance of Mamma Mia and The Stargazer. Thank you Ashleigh Frost for the great service when 2 players couldn't come to our game. Toilet, and changing rooms are not available. Need to go to The O2's toilets.

Negative experience: Totally not worth the money! Really poor quality courts, bumps and wholes making the balls jump in unpredictable ways. we booked a morning slot and despite the weather being nice, the courts were soaking wet, so the balls would get wet quickly and barely jump. We arrived a bit late, and then asked if we could play a little longer since both courts were free after our slot but they asked us to pay for an extension. The location is very nice, but that’s the only positive aspect

Positive experience: This padel arena has it's ups and downs. First of all, the court condition isn't that great. When I first went here, the court conditions were still alright and we could have an enjoyable game / rally on it but as of late, there has been bumps / holes / dips that make the ball a bit unpredictable. Ups are that the staff are very friendly and great. Would give all the staff a 10/10 for their service, friendliness and overall hospitality. If I could give a suggestions, please fix the court. This used to be my regular place to play however after the less-than-ideal court conditions, I've changed to playing at other locations. Would love to come back and use this place as my regular again.

Positive experience: RIP OFF Booked the wrong date and turned up to find it was tomorrow evening. They wouldn’t credit the booking and move it to tonight despite not having a booking so had to pay £60 twice. Insult to injury the O2 car park was £25!!! Edit: they have very kindly dealt with the error and fully credited me. Very well handled. However would recommend using public transport

Negative experience: Fraud. I paid for a levelling session and it's been over 2 months and still haven't received a level. Playtomic have admitted it's a process issue but have refused to resolve it. Here is a quote: "I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. I understand how frustrating it must be to have paid for a service and not see the results you expected. It's certainly not the experience we want for our valued users, and I'm really sorry you're having to chase this issue." I've been chasing Playtomic, the club and even the personal WhatsApp number of the coach. Each one blames each other, at this point they've just taken my money and not given what I paid for. I've filed a dispute with Amex.

Negative experience: Outdoor courts raining get in very bad condition. Very expensive compared to other clubs.

Negative experience: I rarely give reviews but this place deserves one as it is a bit of a shambles. Booked a court and was asked to move my booking twice to later weekends/inapporpriate times (as a result of Padel Social Clubs booking system not being up to date). I've now had to cancel my session alltogether with them. 100% avoid booking here until they improve their own systems and get more organised.

Negative experience: dead spots on court

Negative experience: I booked a session with my friends for 10-11 pm a few days ago and they were showing as open due to shut at 12am, we arrived there after driving very far, as we were desperate and other clubs were shut, just to be told by security of the facility that they are closed, have been closed since 5pm and there is no chance that we would be able to play. The club has wasted more than 4 vehicles' petrol, and has not even apologised for their mistake nor initiated a refund for payments of £60 each (two courts booked) appalled at their service and incompetence/deceit.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK CLASSES OR SOCIALS HERE! I booked a social which needed 4 people to go ahead, watched it closely as it hadn't made it there but then the day before they changed it to only requiring 2 people confirming it would go ahead regardless, so I planned my day accordingly. It was then cancelled because there were only 2 people less than 2 hours before. I'm a beginner and instead they strongly encouraged me to join an intermediate social a few hours late which I would've entirely ruined for everyone attending and had an awful time at as my skill level is too low or to be the 3rd person in match (saying we could just pay full price and decide who wanted to play doubles at any time). It took over 60 minutes of messaging them to get these options and try and resolve the issue. When I didn't join the match they then cancelled it for the 2 people who had booked (presumably a while ago again). At no point did they ask those 2 people if they wanted to join our social which presumably would've made everyone happy! Overall very poorly organized so if you do book be aware you may have your booking cancelled last minute or ruined by them not following levelling guidelines. I suggest trying Stratford Padel Club or Padium instead for a club that's run properly!

Fantastic experience: Venue is such a good addition to the area - finally don’t have to trek for my padel dose. Staff are awesome and very helpful for padel tips - my playtomic ranking is in danger of getting too high…
