Positive experience: Great set up 5 doubles courts and a singles court. Super friendly staff. £18 bit pricy but fully booked so who am I to say that!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the reception staff called Mary at the Padel Centre! Friendly, efficient, and welcoming. My husband acquired an injury to his eye and needed an ice pack, and although they didn't have any, she quickly made a homemade one using ice and a cloth. Super thoughtful and resourceful – really appreciated her help! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: People at reception : always on their phone .

Negative experience: Usually play here weekly and book a 2 hour slot but left early today because there were 3 children running around in the venue from 9pm onwards in and around the next court along. Your receptionist is unprofessional and usually chatting away whilst you are trying to get her attention and can take ages to answer the buzzer to open the gates. Top tier pricing. Bottom tier service.

Negative experience: I had a game booked with a colleague at 6am this morning and the site was closed, no staff member turned up. Waited until 6.15 and left. Massively disappointing and caused real inconvenience.

Negative experience: Hiring bats is a faff and no option to rent balls

Positive experience: Great facilities and easy to book via Playtomic app. Not the cheapest in Birmingham but good parking and a decent amount of availability due to number of courts. It could use with more ventilation as it gets very hot and stuffy in the summer.

Negative experience: Good facilities but having no phone number lets the place down. Had an emergency and had to cancel court and try and rearrange but couldn’t do this because you cannot connect the club direct. Needs to get a landline number so people have a point on contact.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Core Padel! The facilities are top-notch, and the courts are in excellent condition. One of the best parts is that the building is covered, so no matter the weather—be it winter or rain—you can enjoy the game any time of the year. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to play padel and have a great time. Thank you guys :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brand new, clean venue and great welcoming staff. I’ve never picked up a padel before but the coaches took their time and explained everything to me exactly how I needed.

Fantastic experience: Lucky to be here at the opening weekend, 26/27 July. The house was jumping the balls were bouncing and there was a sea of smiles! Great staff, the kind that don’t just say hi, they want to know you’re going to have a good time there. The courts, the mezzanine spectator area all are broken out of the box new and it looks great, but in addition, unlike with outdoor courts, there was a buzz in the air and you could feel people enjoying themselves. Hope it goes well for you all and I’ve no doubt only a positive word will be spoken about this place! Oh and for the reviewer that moaned about the cost, I dread to think the level of investment that must have gone into this to give us all relief from the British summer, autumn, winter and spring!
