Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service from Padelspeed. I ordered a technifibre squash racket and unfortunately it broke during a game soon after purchase due to an issue with the racket. Joel Baldwin at padelspeed reached out to technifibre and obtained the replacement under the warranty. Very happy with the result since it was an expensive racket. All in all I would certainly recommend this company and will definitely return. Thanks!

Negative experience: Poor communication had racket 6 weeks became faulty never answer phone also emailed as they requested never heard back not interested if the product is faulty went for starvie as was recommended
