East Coast Padel: Reviews
Negative experience: No one around for I go. 3 outdoor courts. Just machines to hire balls and rackets
Fantastic experience: Brilliant courts, clean and well kept. Good price also can't fault it
Fantastic experience: Fantastic outdoor padel courts, next to the Active+ facilities. Two undercover doubles courts, one uncovered singles court. Plenty of parking and friendly, helpful staff. Look forward to booking again.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant facility in a great location!
Negative experience: Keep the noise down. Respect local residents
Hi Anthony,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that noise has been a concern. We aim to be considerate of our local community and will take your comments seriously. If there was a specific incident, we would appreciate more details so we can look into it and take appropriate steps. Please get in touch at [email protected].
Respecting our neighbours is important to us.
Best Regards,
East Coast Padel
Fantastic experience: Excels paddle Courts 2x doubles and 1 x single
Fantastic experience: Easy to book. Good parking. X2 doubles court and a singles court. Will do again sometime. Have now played with my family as well as attending some academy sessions to learn the basics. Good stuff, would totally recommend. It’s a fun sport.
Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with East Coast Padel. The booking process was really straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to secure a slot. The courts are excellent quality, well maintained with a great playing surface and it’s clear they’ve invested in creating a top-class facility. On top of that, it’s great value for money compared to other places I’ve been. Highly recommend to anyone looking to play padel in the area!
Positive experience: £20 for singles court, plus racket hire (which took us 3 attempts to get non broken ones and gave up in the end and used this one ) then had to pay £6 for tennis balls - despite that enjoyed the game, single court is only one without roof for some reason
Thank you for your review, Ron.
Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for the damaged racket. Our team regularly inspects all rackets and typically removes any that show signs of cracks or damage. However, we’ve recently experienced an unexpected increase in wear and tear, largely due to operating at full capacity most days. As a result, rackets are becoming damaged more frequently than we had anticipated.
To address this and help prevent similar issues going forward, we’ve increased the number of rackets in circulation from 20 to 30 and we are adding protective tape to the top of each racket to help absorb impact and minimise damage.
In relation to the singles court, unfortunately we were unable to install a suitable canopy structure due to the limited space available to us.
If you could kindly email us at [email protected], we’d be happy to add credit to your account for the racket hire as a gesture of goodwill.
Best regards,
The East Coast Padel Team
Fantastic experience: Great set up, easy to book and use their facilities. Definitely recommend.
