Positive experience: Used to be a thriving tennis club here, with 6 nice outdoor courts. Was the no.1 centre for Bedfordshire. Bedford has now taken no.1 spot. 3 courts have been converted to football & Paddle.
Fantastic experience: Really friendly gym joined a year ago. Great facilities and classes. I was given a programme by one of the trainers and have noticed an amazing change in my fitness. The cafe bar is also lovely for coffee post workout with friends.

Fantastic experience: Our friends had a wedding here at the Riverside, the bar staff were friendly and polite. Cheryl was amazing and was brilliant in all aspects of the day and night going smoothly. I would recommend this to anyone needing or looking to book this venue. It's not just for functions and the gym is amazing, clean and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the badminton facilities here for the past few weeks. It’s been a great experience so far. Four, spacious, in door badminton courts, set up properly. Staff have been very friendly and always assist with booking queries in an efficient way. Thanks to Corre for being so helpful. The booking portal is very easy to use. Price for courts are competitively priced and they’re available till late at night - perfect for people who wish to play after work or coming from London or other counties. Train station is also within very close proximity. Ample parking available. Great venue, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a badminton player, I can not recommend enough how wonderful the floor in the hall is. You positively float over the sprung surface. I have also used the gym and can positively recommend the equipment there. The people using the gym are helpful and engaging.

Fantastic experience: We had an event on the 16-01-2025.Sarah the manager organised this and was impeccable. The staff were extremely helpful, but what topped it off was the actual venue, which was spot on and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 15 years and I find the gym staff are very approachable and knowledgeable. Always willing to help if needed. Facilities are excellent and never an issue. It’s a good friendly clean environment in a great location.

Fantastic experience: There was a mix up with our booking. However, we still received a 5 star service. We were offered other activities to do as well as a full refund. We could have easily been sent away but you didn't! Furthermore, once the activity we came for became available you came looking for us and still allowed us 30mins to play. You guys were amazing!

Positive experience: Good place for fitness. People often clean before and after using the material which is very good and not like that in every fitness club. There is enough to do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Venue 360 for over a year now. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The gym has such a positive environment and welcomes members of all abilities. The induction and personalised training plan has helped me achieve my fitness goals and increase my confidence. There are lots of member perks as well, I love ending my workout and heading to the balcony for a free barista made latte. Definitely the best gym in Luton and the surrounding areas!

Negative experience: Went to venue 360 news years eve party. Would not go again , DJ not good, no atmosphere. DJ was saying it’s new year no countdown then we find out there was another 5 mins to go.

We take great pride in ensuring our customers receive excellent facilities and customer service and have received excellent feedback from others that attended on the night, so we are surprised to receive such feedback.
We know the countdown for the New Year wouldn't have been in advance as we made a special effort to show the countdown live on our Big Screen from London?

Positive experience: Last Friday about 30 of us had a Christmas night out. The meal choices were limited, but turkey dinner looked amazing. I chose vegi 'wellington' which was about the size of a flat sausage roll with 3 stalks of brocolli and a thin strip of some kind of cabbage. They really have to do better for vegetarians!

Negative experience: Staff are nice, gym is okay and just been modernised however they decided to remove my son from the package deal without notice. I had the package for over a year and then they tried to charge extra for his continued membership. This is seperate to the inflation they have effective from May 23. Less available to use as Sauna and steam room are no longer in use.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused regarding the issue with your son's membership. We understand how important it is to have clear communication and transparent policies in place. It seems there was a misunderstanding, and for that, we apologise. Our gym manager, who handles membership matters and who is likely to have approved such an arrangement when you first joined, was unfortunately away on holiday when you contacted us, and we were not really given much opportunity to look into this for you before you cancelled and posted this review.
We regret any confusion surrounding the changes to your membership. Our aim is to ensure the utmost satisfaction for all our members, our recent price increases are the first for some time and unfortunately in the current climate, essential to remain a sustainable business. Our increases were still much less than other businesses are passing on for mobile phone contracts, energy prices increases etc. We also remain very competitive with local gyms in the area, especially since our fantastic gym and changing rooms refurbishment.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and miscommunication you experienced. We value your feedback and the opportunity to make things right. We look forward to resolving this matter and providing you with a positive experience in the future.
Fantastic experience: Love it, always. Plenty space. 350 guests are comfortable, any.ore is pushing it! Careful not to park in the supermarket's parking right next to the venue.

Positive experience: The facility could accommodate larger crowd. Safe for children as we attened a children competition which accommodated load of children and adults, families. Nit met any staff working their, but environment maintained very well.

Negative experience: Gym is great and the staff are very nice and welcoming. The balcony cafe bar is a nice place but the food is just heated up I asked for a pizza and the woman behind the bar went down stairs and came back with a pizza in a box and headed to the kitchen with it . I could of gone to Iceland myself if I wanted a pizza in a box would have been cheaper as well . Most staff are nice but a woman with black hair behind the bar that served me isn’t very polite.

Fantastic experience: Visited for a wedding reception held in the balcony bar, and it was great. The buffet was delicious and the bar was card only so very quick and simple. No long waits, staff very attentive and would definitely recommend for any functions in the future.

Fantastic experience: This has got to be the most friendly gym in town. I’ve always been intimidated by the whole gym thing, but not at Venue 360. The trainers are fantastic and are always on hand to help and encourage. The gym itself has just had a major update. The equipment is fabulous and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I’ve been transformed from a gym hater to a gym lover. The bar is great too and a lovely place to enjoy a barista coffee after a workout.

Fantastic experience: I held my Mums funeral reception here and it was lovely. Terri who booked it for me was amazing. She explained everything clearly and was very pleasant. It was a lovely afternoon the food was plentiful and really nice. Everyone enjoyed it and I took the leftovers home. Service was brilliant. I know my Mum would have enjoyed it.Thank you so much x

Fantastic experience: I've used this place since its first incarnation as Vauxhall Brache and it is still a very nice venue. A hidden gem in plain sight, the bar is a very pleasant setting and has football on during the season yet you won't struggle to find a seat , the menu is limited but what is on offer is fine. I have recently signed up to their gym and find all the staff very friendly and encouraging. They have football and tennis courts outside and badminton and squash inside. The venue can also be hired out for birthdays and functions, it has a good size hall downstairs for that very purpose. All round a very nice place that more people should use as you do not have to be a member to use the bar area, something that perhaps a lot of locals don't know....

Fantastic experience: I recommend the Vauxhall Badminton Club which runs on Tuesdays from 7-10pm. £8 for visitors per session.

Positive experience: We regularly use the bar/coffee area and it is a very nice place, even more so after the recent refurbishment. It is relatively clean with comfortable seating areas. Staff are friendly and professional. Would give 5 stars if not for the noise levels which makes it difficult to have a conversation in certain seats, especially those directly under the speakers/TVs. All in all if you're in the area and need a nice place to have a drink and a meal, then check venue 360 out. You won't be disappointed

Negative experience: I signed up for membership and needed to freeze it during covid. 360 continued to take money out of my account. When discussed they said on the day I signed up it was actually a different company. Nice place but not taking responsibility for their mistake. Cost me £300 had to get it back via bank. Now they want me to pay the money back and threatened debt collectors for a service I didn't even use and had cancelled.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for over 10 years. I play football and squash at Venue 360. The place is very clean, large car park and friendly staff. Debra and the team at reception are really friendly and always helpful. It is a not for profit organisation so all the surplus they make is put back into the venue. Prices are very fair and competitive.

Hi Saiid, thank you for your feedback, however I think you might have us mixed up with somewhere else as we don't have any 'big pitches'? All our 6-a-side pitches have high fencing with overhead netting to prevent balls getting out, plus we know the LUX of our LED lighting is excellent. This is of course your feedback and 4 stars are always appreciated.

Fantastic experience: This is the best sports facility I have ever used. And its prices are very competative. The gymn staff are friendly and help you plan a routine, by asking you what you want to achieve, then show you the equipment that should help achieve your goals and staff follow-up with frequent reassessments and suggest a swap to different equipment to keep workouts fresh. Also, the tennis, 5 aside football cages and other outdoor facilities are popular. Oh, did I mention the nice modern bar and restaurant which has a good menu and prices are very reasonable

Positive experience: Good facilities. Slightly on the pricey side compared to for example Aspire in Luton, which has better facilities, but the experience is much nicer.
