The Padel Hub North London: Reviews
Positive experience: Top Notch Padel Club in terms of quality of the facilities. Honestly, I can't think of a fault I've seen with it. Incredible. Only issue is related to the use of Playtomic. Ratings are incredibly inflated there, as in many clubs using the app. So if you're a new visitor, be wary of that.
Negative experience: Good facilities in North London, but communication is terrible. They do not answer the phone, whatsApp or emails. When we book courts at 07am, very often they only open at 07:00 and on occasions even after 7.
Negative experience: N20 Padel has brilliant courts and a great vibe. The facilities are top-notch, and the community makes it a fun, social place to play. However, the club falls short in several key areas. Despite the £179 membership fee already feeling excessive — especially for younger players — the £30 per 90-minute court rate is simply unreasonable when compared to nearby venues offering identical facilities and services. It makes regular play unrealistic for most people. What’s worse, membership prices have increased despite little to no improvement in facilities over the past year. Members were charged for gym access long before it was actually available, and when it finally arrived, the result was disappointing. Meanwhile, features that used to be included — like guest passes and free socials/roll-ups — have been quietly removed, leaving members paying more for less. Customer service also needs work. Some of the male staff are polite at times, but often come across as cold or unapproachable. For a club charging premium rates, the service should feel consistently warm and welcoming. And then there’s the ball issue: losing a ball on the roof above the changing rooms and being told “nothing can be done” is frustrating — especially when a can costs £7.50. Either the roof should be adjusted so balls can roll down, or players should receive a replacement when this happens. When N20 Padel first opened, they were the only option around and could get away with these practices. But with new clubs opening nearby, they’ll need to listen to members, value their loyalty, and make meaningful changes — or risk losing their community altogether.
Negative experience: I have no idea how you can speak to anyone to find out information @ the Padel Hub as the phone number on the website is incorrect!
Hi Karoline, phone number is now up to date. Thank you for bearing with us and looking forward to speaking with you, PH team
Fantastic experience: Nice padel fields with friendly staff
Negative experience: Very strange that most of their 5 star reviews were written 2 months ago. No one mentions the crazy £110 court fee for just a 1.5h booking. What a way to make a sport horribly inaccessible and ruin a good local activity...
Fantastic experience: The facilities are superb and the team are amazing. The club helps set up games which means you can meet people at similar levels. Cam and the rest of the team really go out of their way to make the club feel like a second home. Both my son and I attend coaching with Tom and Archie which has been so helpful. Both excellent coaches.
Fantastic experience: My favourite place to play padel, great indoor courts , Cameron and the team are very nice , a 5* padel experience.
Fantastic experience: I have been a tennis player and was not sure if padel was for me but after having lessons with Tom the head coach at Whetstone he totally turned me around the way he calmly moves round the court and his fun and enjoyment of the sport was infectious. I now join his advanced lesson every Friday and would never miss a session Thankyou again Daniel Gold
Fantastic experience: A top rate place to play padel. The whole family love it and coaching by Tom is excellent.
Fantastic experience: Grant & I love our time at the Padel Hub, It’s been such fun learning this addictive new sport and meeting some lovely people along the way! Cam is always very accommodating and so helpful and very quick at responding to any enquiries - a real asset to the Padel Hub! Thanks to Tom & Archie for some great improver coaching. We look forward to lots more sessions in the future. Thanks guys we are totally addicted! Jo and Grant x
Fantastic experience: My happy place! I love playing padel here and can’t get enough. Everyone is so friendly and I really enjoy the socials and playing regular games. I’ve met so many lovely people and it’s easy to find players to make up a match and we always have great fun. Tom is a great coach and Cam is v helpful and a top bloke. All we need now is a little cafe. strongly recommend
Fantastic experience: A lovely venue for indoor padel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I’d like to spotlight Lauren and Cameron in particular!
Fantastic experience: Love the Padel Hub ! Great club , great staff ! Cam is always so friendly & helpful , and only the best coaching with Archie & Tom ! 10/10 All round
Fantastic experience: Best Padel club in the uk. Really good facilities. Staff are excellent especially Cam and the team.
Fantastic experience: Tom is a first class coach, suitable for all standards, changed my game and my friends too unfortunately
Fantastic experience: Great place. Amazing courts and lovely staff
Fantastic experience: This place is my 2nd home! I’ve made friends for life, and having an amazing padel family! Tom & Archie are amazing coaches & all the team are so helpful! 5 stars from me!
Fantastic experience: Tom Shipton is a great coach and overall human being! Top Quality
Fantastic experience: Great indoor padel, class location & atmosphere. Friendly staff, Cam was keen to help us out with bookings and questions, will be back!
Fantastic experience: The courts and facilities are excellent. But what we all love is the level of service from Tom and Cam they both make the place a 5 star venue.
Fantastic experience: Tom is a fantastic teacher, coach, and overall great person. We were a family of complete Padel beginners (none of us had even picked a racket/racquet up for any sport before) but are now a family where Padel forms an important part of all of our lives; thanks mainly to Tom. He was so welcoming and helped us hugely from out the outset, building our confidence and helping us learn from the very start. My kids now have weekly lessons and Tom provides encouragement and detailed feedback and support. His support to my wife and I is also excellent and is always in hand to answer our questions about all things Padel - be that racket recommendations or ways we can improve our game, Tom can’t be more helpful. On the whole, The Padel Hub N20 has great courts, but is on the expensive end of the scale. BUT, whilst Tom is head coach we wouldn’t consider playing anywhere else!
Fantastic experience: Good facilities. Tom is an excellent coach & many who he trains would agree.
Fantastic experience: The Padel Hub N20 has become my 2nd home. The community spirit that Cam the manager has created is superb and Tom the head coach is brilliant across the board with all age groups including my 10 year old son. Keep up the great work guys !
Fantastic experience: My happy place where I go every day sometimes twice! Everyone is so friendly! Tom is a great coach and has taught me so much!
Fantastic experience: The best Padel club with great facilities. Everyone is so friendly there & it’s a great atmosphere.
Fantastic experience: Great club! Great staff! Great vibes! I was greeted by cam, who made me feel very welcome and gave me a quick tour of the place. I’d recommend to all my friends looking to try Padel!
Fantastic experience: I love playing at Padel hub, great padel facilities, really good standard of players, and above all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager Cam deals with things professionally and promptly. Appreciate you guys!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been playing at The Padel Hub regularly and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The entire team is amazing, super kind, helpful, and always available when you need anything. Special shout-out to Alex and Lauren, who go above and beyond every time. Cam has done a fantastic job managing and running the club. The way everything is managed is impressive, especially considering they’re still expanding and building out new facilities. Even while still building facilities, the positive atmosphere never drops and it’s only getting better. The vibe here is great, the courts are well-kept, and you can tell everyone involved genuinely cares. Can’t wait to see how the place continues to grow. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities Cam and the team is very accommodating
Negative experience: Be aware, they will potentially cancel your court booking the night before due to an ‘event’ that they would have already known about. This left us with no alternative opportunity to book a court so last minute. Not even any contact to apologise, really poor.
Fantastic experience: Nice and clean and modern facilities
Fantastic experience: Beautiful venue. Great staff. Would highly recommend
Positive experience: It's a nice place to play, not the best indoor in London. The price increase is excessive and is just taking advantage of being the only indoor venue in North London. As an example The intermediate Level Mix went from £25 in Jan/25 to £40 in Feb/25... a 62.5% increase.
Positive experience: Great place, but they’ve just increased their prices to £30 per person for 90 mins. Outrageous!
Fantastic experience: Excellent location ,great atmosphere
Fantastic experience: Great indoor place for Padel
Fantastic experience: Fantastic indoor padel club - great atmosphere.
