Park Sports Lammas Park: Reviews
Negative experience: I really want to book a tennis course but they NEVER reply to emails, and very very rarely answer the phone. No idea how they run a business like that. I'm very disappointed they offer courses and yet I can't participate due to their lack of customer service.
Hi Edina, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had difficulties reaching the venue by email and phone. I’ve shared your feedback with our management team. In the meantime, please feel free to email the Head Office team directly at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
Negative experience: Charged £5.20 for a double espresso, that is literally the most I've been charged anywhere in the world ever.
Hi Maynard, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience. The £5.20 charge was a mistake, likely due to new staff still learning our system. Your feedback has been relayed to our management team. We’d love the chance to make it up to you. Please show this message on your next visit and enjoy a complimentary coffee on us.
Fantastic experience: My son really enjoyed the summer football camp organised by Kensington FB club. There was a lot of focus on having fun and play football at the same time. The coaches were very friendly and encouraging. He got a lot of positive comments on his football skills and is much more confident now. Also excellent value for money!
Hi Gudrun, Thank you for taking the time to post this review! We're glad your son enjoyed our Football Camps at Park Sports Lammas Park. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Fantastic experience: My sons absolutely loved the football camp at Llamas Park. They learnt a lot every day and couldn’t wait to go back the next morning. The coaches were welcoming, encouraging and clearly passionate about working with children. It was a great experience from start to finish and I would highly reccomend it to any kid who loves football!
Hi Valentina, Thank you for taking the time to post this review! We're glad your sons enjoyed our Football Camps at Park Sports Lammas Park. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Fantastic experience: Kids had a great time at both tennis and football camps. Nice staff and safe environment for the kids. Thank you!
Hi Taeko, Thank you for taking the time to post this review! We're glad your kids enjoyed our Tennis and Football Camps at Park Sports Lammas Park. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Positive experience: Overall good tennis courts although the surface is just tarmac / asphalt and not professional surface. Court number 2 is kind of isolated since it’s next to a paddle court and now has a new court markup. Courts 3 and 4 are not too bad either, the other ones are a bit more worn off at the moment
Hi Alexey, Thank you for taking the time to post this review! We're glad you enjoyed your visit to Park Sports Lammas Park and look forward to seeing you soon!
Fantastic experience: Very nice staff that will look after any issue you may have. The padel court itself is brand new and perfect for a game. You can rent a racket and purchase balls on site. Top venue for football already and will definitely return to padel too!
Hi Danny, Thank you for the positive feedback! We hope to see you again soon at Park Sports Lammas Park for a game of pop-up padel and football!
Fantastic experience: I played at the new pop-up padel court and it was fantastic. There was good bounce of the floor and walls and it was pretty even surface throughout. The atmosphere at the club more generally is excellent. Lovely community vibe. I hope they add some more padel courts soon and turn the pop-up into a permanent setup!
Hi Benedict, Thank you for the great feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed your time on the pop-up padel court and can't wait to welcome you back again soon!
Fantastic experience: Great that Ealing finally has its first padel court. Hoping the temporary pop up becomes a permanent fixture with more courts to follow. And so good to learn about extended opening times. They might need to think about a priority booking scheme when the court becomes really popular.
Hi Ashish, Thank you for the positive feedback! We hope to see you again soon at Park Sports Lammas Park.
Fantastic experience: Top facility with great coaches
Negative experience: Courts are ok to good but staff are unfriendly and not accommodating. Turned up at 3.30pm hoping to grab a court for 1hr. Only 3 courts in use and they said plenty were available... only allowed to book in 1hr slots on the hour. We offered to pay for 1hr and only use for 1hr but this wasn't possible. Due to time and other commitments couldn't wait 30 mins before we played. Really disappointing. Need some discretion and common sense applied. I hope the management put some common sense training in and find a way to be flexible when they are clearly not busy. Tennis should be an easily accessible sport in this day and age. Maybe some courts could have an app that you pay for the time like a parking meter...
Hi Kor, I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at Park Sports Lammas Park. Your feedback has been relayed to our management team, who will investigate the matter internally.
Fantastic experience: Great place for sport
Hi Manuel, Thank you for the positive feedback! We hope to see you again at Park Sports Lammas Park.
Negative experience: Honestly as it's the only place nearby me for tennis I book it. But the courts are disgusting especially the ones next to Lammas Park. Full of trash, and bits of metal. If anyone trips that's a proper health hazard. Is this why you're charging £11/hour? And let's not say that sometimes the nets are down. And you need a special key to lift them. Thanks to the lovely ladies on the next court who lend theirs so we can play.
Hi Anée, I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at Park Sports Lammas Park. I have forwarded this message onto our management team so they are aware of the issue. If you can email [email protected] we can get this issue resolved for you.
Negative experience: Nobody ever picks up the phone !! Every time I go there there is somebody behind the desk not even doing any work on the courts etc. so what is the issue? I have a credit which I can't use due to a glitch on the website. No reply to my emails. So they know how to take my money but then just ignore you. Not to mention the fact that when I booked a court we were kicked out as there was a training. We were told to go to a different one and it took 25 min to sort.
Hi Anée, I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at Park Sports Lammas Park. I have forwarded this message onto our management team so they are aware of the issue. If you can email [email protected] we can get this issue resolved for you.
Negative experience: Played here every Wednesday for five years, and then turned up yesterday to be told they have given our pitch away to someone else with no warning or explanation and no one gave any answers. A shocking way to deal with local residents. The communication is non existent and no one rarely answers the phone. There is never a manager to speak to and all the staff don't seem to have a clue. I appreciate they have to make money, however the way they treat local residents is nothing short of disgraceful. Both managers now on leave apparently, so no response from Hugo or Chris.
Positive experience: Facilities are great, staff is nice, can usually find a free court. The biggest problem here are the coaches. Most are complete garbage and I don't mean professionally, but as people. I've been playing for a few years here and had a couple of issues with them: 1. They didn't book the number of courts they needed for large group classes. I had a booking for a court and ended up having to move because they wanted the court I was on, no apology, just demanding, like they own the place 2. When I play on the court next to a coach that is teaching someone, they don't bother to collect their balls, so I end up with several of their balls on my court for extended periods of time, this lack of common sense just makes the experience unpleasent. Other issues are around court maintenance: the fence at court 6 is heavily damaged, falling down basically; the nets are often too low, they need to be tensed more often
Negative experience: Went there for Fred Perry tournament U12. We all understand ethos of organising a tournament at Park level tennis courts to remind ourselves of Fred but there should be some improvement to accommodate a large number of people interms of better toilets and food and especially improve quality of tennis court pitches especially when participants are traveling from all over England. Some children fell and others had injuries. Play had to be stopped for minor rain due to water being stagnant on courts. LTA must look into improving quality of court pitches if they wish to conduct high intensity matches without injuries ..
Positive experience: You have to pay with the card. I have three children who went there and they couldn't buy anything. I'm not going to give them my card because I still have some shopping to do. In normal places, you pay with both: cash and card. You HAVE to buy something before you leave or what? Hence, my 3 stars
Positive experience: Very kind people working there. The junior classes are fun
Fantastic experience: Excellent
Positive experience: A great place for kids to learn tennis, and for the adults to have a coffee.
Positive experience: Average
Negative experience: Not really interested in you when you enquire.
Positive experience: Friendly and professional tennis coaches. I enjoyed the adult courses to improve the play. Courts are very well maintained, the only downside a little bit pricey.
Positive experience: Fun place for kids to stay active
Fantastic experience: Good facilities and young players tutoring very good
Negative experience: No. Just no.
Positive experience: Played a few times but I'm terrible and the ball was in the neighbours court most of the time. However... Easy to book, nice courts. I walk by most days and they have activities for the younger kids. You can book lessons and there is a cafe. There is a small seating area if you are waiting for a friends/child's lesson or activity to finish.
Fantastic experience: Great place for a game of tennis, nice coffee, nice people and Magnum Ice Creams. Is there anything better?
Fantastic experience: This place definitely has the will to win! Good court for a fair price...
Fantastic experience: Really good place for the kids to learn tennis

Positive experience: Booked to play tennis for the first time. On the day when I was ready to go, I received a phone call from the centre to move a session to another day. Training was very good the other day.
Fantastic experience: Great coaches
